Latham Thomas, Founder of Mama Glow shows it’s easier than you think to help children to be mindful and meditate.

“Meditations for kids is a really fantastic foundation for life tools that will help your children really flourish. We always think that getting a two-year-old or four-year-old to sit still seems like an impossible feat. But creating a space where there’s a game is really a great way to pull this practice (of meditation) into the family fold.”

She outlines 5 key tips to help your kids meditate:

  1. Use a Sing-song Voice
  2. Blow Bubbles
  3. Set a two minute timer
  4. Give them space (Ownership of their own space)
  5. Set an example
