Are you struggling to you cope with Christmas?
Christmas is traditionally a Merry time for fun, families, friendship and giving although for many the festive season can be far less “Merry” and is a stressful time of hardship, family-tension, sorrow or loneliness.
Money worries can also have a huge impact on the Christmas experience for some. If you are experiencing financial hardship, the extra expectation of buying gifts or preparing lavish meals can cause despair.
If you feel you are struggling to cope, then share the burden. Our friendly team can support you through the festive season with a range of counselling services, offer coping strategies to help and listen to your concerns.
If you are worried about coping with Christmas, please don’t hesitate to contact us at Pure Empowerment to talk to an experienced clinical psychologist.
