For some, the start of a new year is a great time to make resolutions and work towards some great achievements. We hope that keeping on top of your mental health and general wellbeing is right up the top of your list and kept in focus throughout the year.

Looking after your headspace doesn’t need to be overwhelming, there are simple ways to look after your mental health each day, these include;
1. Eating well
2. Getting enough sleep
3. Setting realistic goals to work towards
All of these help towards achieving and maintaining a healthy mind 🙂

Perhaps you feel that these three activities are already part of your daily routine?

National Youth Mental Health Foundation ‘Headspace’ has compiled a flyer with lots of helpful wellbeing tips for achieving and maintaining a healthy headspace.

Find your own Top-3 and make them part of your wellbeing priorities this year.
