If you require a support letter (e.g., Centrelink, school, SEAS application or otherwise) or report for a plan review (e.g., NDIS) or similar, fees apply (letters/reports longer than 5-10 minutes are billed out in 15 minute increments) as our clinicians have to block out a client consult/appt time to do these. Please give them at least 2-4 weeks notice to ensure they have enough time to complete.
