Unwell but still need to see your clinician? Here’s some other options to try.

Please be advised that there is an option available to you to have your scheduled appointment via Telehealth options (ZOOM is the platform we are using) or even by phone.

This way, you can still receive your treatment, from the comfort of your own home (fluffy slippers optional) without potentially spreading your illness to others.

Booking online 

You can book, cancel or reschedule online 24/7 using the portal link located in the appointments tab on this website.

Payments
These can easily be done via the online booking portal (credit card details required via Stripe), post session via phone or via direct online banking to the following account:

Cancellations
While Pure Empowerment Psychology does have (and enforce) our cancellation policy, if you cancel outside of the 48 hour period or cancel due to sickness, there will be no fee charged. We do however, request you provide us with as much notice as possible as we have a lengthy list of people waiting for appointments.
