🎄 🎅 Christmas time (or the silly season) is officially upon us!
Does anyone else get pre Christmas brain 🧠 or is that just me?
🙈 Today I experienced ‘pre Christmas brain fog’ whereby I failed to check my Monday diary 📔 bookings correctly and thought I had an admin day (as per my usual Monday schedule) BUT in fact had a day of clients books in.
💻 Telehealth to the rescue 🛟 from my home 🏡 office was the solution! Throw in some self-compassion combined with loads of understanding from my clients, plan B was activated.
👏Here’s to being human, fallible and imperfectly flawed. Humour also helps.
